Love INC Board of Directors
Lloyd Ayers, Chairman and President, has been affiliated with Love INC since 1999 and took on the position of
Board President in 2001. He is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene
University and attended Arizona State University for accounting studies.
He is currently employed at Basalite as their plant controller. He
attends
Epworth Chapel on the Green in Boise.

Rudi
DeWinkle, Relational Programs, joined the Board in
February of 2008. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University
in New York and is currently the General Manager of their family’s dairy
farm in Melba, Idaho. He serves as a Budget Counselor in the New Hope
Relational Program and also serves as a teacher for the Basic Budget II
class.

Joann Kafka, Secretary, joined the board in February of 2001. She
is the Administrative Assistant at
Boone Memorial Presbyterian Church in
Caldwell with a background of BSF Teaching Leader and Resettlement
Director for World Relief in Treasure Valley.Back

Heather Groover, Treasurer, joined the board in March 2007. She is
a homemaker in Nampa with a background in accounting. She has resided in
Idaho her entire life and has served at various churches throughout the
state. She attends
Eagle Christian Church and is serving as a New Hope
Budget counselor in the New Hope Relational Program.Back

Lois Tupyi, Executive Director, worked in the Canyon County Love INC
Office as the Clearinghouse Coordinator from April 1999 until 2002 when
she accepted the position of Executive Director for Treasure Valley.
She also works as a National Advisor for the Love INC National office,
encouraging and training other Love INC affiliates across the nation.
She attends Mountain View Church of the Nazarene in Homedale.Back

Grant Henry, Pastoral Relations, is the evangelism and discipleship
pastor at the
College Church of the Nazarene, in Nampa. He has a
Masters of Christian Education from the Nazarene Theological Seminary.
He joined the Love INC board in 2002. Back

Jim Davis, Church Business and Financial Advisor, joined the board in
2003. He has 41 years of experience in the Commercial Insurance
Business and is currently retired. He attends
Cherry Lane
Christian Church in Meridian and is serving as a New Hope Budget
counselor in the New Hope Relational Program.Back

Sandy Skogsberg, Fund Raising, joined the board in 2008. She is the Idaho Sales Representative for Choice Books and the Fund-Raising Director for Nampa Christian Schools. She has volunteered in the ministry of Love INC in the New Hope Relational Program as the craft director for God’s Treasures. She has been a member of
Lakeview Bible Church since becoming a Christian in 1989.Back

Stacy Fisher, Community Outreach, joined the board in the fall of 2003.
She is a business professional, and certified massage therapist with Rapha Therapeutic Massage in Homedale, Idaho. She attends
Mountain View Church of the Nazarene in Homedale.Back

Gayellen Smith, Director of the Elderly Program (Share the Care), joined
the board in January of 2006. She has been employed at
College Church of
the Nazarene in Nampa as an administrative assistant for the last nine
years. She is the Love, INC CMC for that church and directs the
“Covered with Care” blanket and linen ministry housed there. She
is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University.Back

Brad Swartzentruber, Business Community, joined the board in February of
2007. He is a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with a
B.A. in Religion. Brad is currently employed as the CEO of
Northwest Christian Credit Union. He attends
Karcher Church of the
Nazarene.
