Text Box: Special Teams Group Service Opportunities Text Box: There are many ways for groups to serve with Love INC. Opportunities include: Adopt-A-Family—provide gifts & food for a Budget family at Christmas Adopt-A-Product—shop regularly for specific food/toiletry items for pantry Backpacks—provide backpacks & supplies for schoolchildren in the fall Cards—hand-craft birthday cards for our regular volunteers Crafts—sew, knit or crochet items for babies, children, seniors and the sick Drives— solicit product (food, toiletries, kids’ socks/underwear, diapers) Foster Care Kits—purchase items for children going into foster care Gas Cans —collect coins in gas cans for Budget clients’ earned gas vouchers Gem Guides—serve as a team in our children’s program Thursday nights Home Help—do yard work, household chores or home repairs for a client Share The Care—rotate year-round care for an elderly or disabled person Sound Off For Poverty—organize an educational media fast as a fund-raiser Warehouse—count & sort donations Call the Love INC office at 466-7810 x3.
