Text Box: Helping Churches Help People Text Box: Class to teach gardening skills Text Box: The Master’s Garden Class to teach gardening skills Text Box: Purpose The Master’s Garden Program seeks to provide hands-on experience for New Hope Relational clients and others who wish to learn gardening and related skills. Fresh produce is shared with all participants. Eligible Participants New Hope Relational Program clients Volunteers interested in gardening Partnering community organizations Volunteer Opportunities Teachers - teach others gardening skills, such as how to plant, grow, harvest, preserve, and can fresh produce Gardeners - tend the gardens; prepare and till soil; sharpen tools; etc. Suppliers - donate or loan gardening equipment and supplies Canning—Can teach classes on canning and preserving the produce grown in the garden.
