Leadership:
Praise! Our Staff Retreat went well. We had good discussions and new ideas were conceived which we hope move ministry forward.
The weather has really impacted Hilary’s R.A. Pray she starts feeling better – We are praising God for the sunshine!
A Board retreat and staff/board dinner is planned for June 19th. Pray for good attendance and lots of great ideas.
Our regular board meeting is Monday June 21st. Pray for a good attendance and participation.
We are setting up a booth at the God and Country Rally. May we get a lot of new publicity and interested people.
Pray for the college group considering Love INC for a project they need to manage for their course completion. May the Lord show us both if this is a good fit.
Love INC Campus Vision:
We continue to believe in the Lord bringing this vision into a reality in His time.
The Grace Place:
Praise! We started the week off really strong so thank you Lord! But Saturday was our slowest day yet, pray business picks up.
We are shooting a 30 second advertisement of the store to send to the TV stations. Pray for Chris as he creates it for us.
Praise! We continue to thank God for great donations and lots of wonderful volunteers to process, clean, and repair them.
We are testing out a possible solution to our networking problems at the store this Friday. Pray the solution is affordable and easy.
Clearinghouse and Volunteers:
Praise! We’ve been busy and have wonderful volunteers.
Pray as we discern which e-mail blast program we should get.
We are creating some new forms for processing new ideas. Pray for April as she puts them together.
New Hope Relational Program:
I am meeting with staff from Hope’s Door and C.A.T.C.H. this week to talk about what classes their clients need. Pray how we can partner together to meet their needs and mobilize our volunteers.
We are putting some of classes into the new Power Point template. Pray for Sarah as she works on this.
Pray for more gas voucher donations.
Praise! We have a volunteer willing to conduct quarterly reviews of the client/counselor progress. Thanks Taral!
Praise! We had nine families enroll in the program this week.
Some of our clients are really struggling in their relationships. Pray for healing in their homes.
Churches:
The Church of the week is Nampa First Church of the Nazarene and Pastor Kent Conrad. Pray for their multiple outreach ministries. May the Lord meet them abundantly at every point of need. Thanks Church for all you do!
Praise! Thanks Nampa United Methodist Church for allowing Love INC to be presented. May the Lord strengthen our partnership.
Praise! Grace Lutheran Church is willing to consider becoming a new partner church, may the Lord guide them.
Gap Ministries & Service Teams:
We are meeting with the Meridian Friend’s Church Thursday to set up the new Junior Clothing ministry. May the Lord guide us in all the details.
Pray for Packed With Love. We ordered the backpacks and are believing God will provide donations to help pay for this important outreach to the schools.
Pray for lead volunteers to receive donations each day of the week.
Finances:
Praise! We have our musicians for the Melody of Love!
I have a meeting scheduled with someone who may be willing to help with the presentation at the concert. Pray that the Lord will guide us together if it’s in His will.
Pray for all the aspects of the concert details.
